      • Pre-program self-awareness questionnaire and Professional Quality of Life (PQOL) assessment.
      • Evidence based research and information about ‘What Works’ in wellbeing
      • PERMAH Wellbeing assessment, and report and action plan debriefing
      • 8 x 1:1 coaching sessions run by phone or zoom
      • Email and text support and accountability check ins
      • Tailored wellbeing resources during the coaching program
      • Additional 3 months access to Wellbeing Resource Vault to aid implementation.
